SPECIAL SPRINGS The 3-piece construction of Illinois Pneumatics Cylinders allows easy changing of body length to accommodate special springs. The spring to the left is a high force spring and the right is a low rate spring.
SPECIAL END CAPS The cylinders to the left have a special head end cap to allow them to be mounted directly on a valve body.
POSITIONING CYLINDERS Designed for accurate positioning and repeatability with air pressure from 20 to 100 psi and using a control signal of 3 to 15 psi. Common applications include valve positioning, or where repeatable, linear, controlled actuation is required.
APPLICATION SPECIFIC DESIGNS The air cylinders to the left were designed for specific applications where no existing product met the requirements.
